Shipping Policy
We ship from Pune, Maharashtra to all states of India via India Post(EMS Speed Post) and via India Post (Air Parcel) - to all other countries.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and destination:
India: ₹60.00 — ₹350.00
Other countries - ₹700 — ₹4500

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
It usually takes up to 7 days to process your order. We ship all orders once a week on Wednesday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic items will be shipped by India Post(EMS Speed Post). This usually takes 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for delays caused by the India Post(EMS Speed Post) after your item ships.
Tracking information will be sent to the buyer upon shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International parcels will be shipped by India Post(Air Parcel). This usually takes 7-30 business days unless otherwise noted.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the India Post or your local post after your item ships.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
If you would like your item shipped any other delivery system, or urgently, please contact us at meow@jungleemaau.com and we will see if we can help.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We ship to the exact address provided by the purchaser. We are in no way responsible for items being mailed to the incorrect address.
If an item is returned by the India Post due to incorrect address information we will contact the buyer asap to obtain the correct address. Buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays caused by the India Post. We have no control over your package once it has shipped. Please use your tracking number or call the India Post to inquire about the status of your package if you have a question. We estimate delivery times as specified by the India Post and can not be held responsible if your package encounters a delay.

PAYMENT
Wix keeps your payment information secure. Junglee Maau never receive your credit card information.
Currently we accept payments via Razorpay system for purchases from India(in Indian Rupee).
